Defensible budgets, option comparisons and cost planning.
First-principles cost intelligence alongside design development.
Resource-based estimates for projects, works and operational scopes.
Build clear rates and competitive tenders from the ground up.
Bill of Quantities

Resources
Maintain reusable resource libraries, update rates once and understand the cost drivers across the whole estimate.
Indirects
Structure project overheads, preliminaries and time-related costs so the full tender position remains visible.
Reports
Generate consistent, read-only summaries for tender review, submission and commercial handover.
Project workflow
Move from project setup to BOQ, BuildUps, Resources, Indirects, review and reporting in one connected process.
